1. General Information
The Wood Tag reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes. Each piece under WOODUWA and MISTERWOOD is designed and crafted with great care. Slight variations in fabric tone, texture, or finish are part of the handmade nature of our garments and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Processing
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. Processing time for ready pieces: 5–7 working days. Processing time for 2-piece or 3-piece suits: up to 2 weeks.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a notification once your order is dispatched
3. Shipping & Delivery
Local delivery: handled through a trusted local courier service within Ghana. International shipping: fulfilled via DHL Express. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before checkout. The Wood Tag will not be responsible for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payments are processed securely through Paystack, which supports debit/credit cards and mobile money. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by later adjustments.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer to love their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any reason, please contact us directly at hello@thewoodtag.com to discuss your options. You have 7 business days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Shipment charges and import duties are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags intact and in original packaging. Returns outside the 7-day window may be declined or processed as store credit only.
Custom or made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable after production begins, unless defective. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for products of equal value. If the new item costs less, store credit will be issued for the difference. If the new item costs more, the customer will pay the difference before shipping.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, garments, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of The Wood Tag, WOODUWA, and MISTERWOOD.
No material may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is used, stored, and protected.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Wood Tag will not be liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping or customs.
- Errors resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- Damage or loss after delivery.
