Production Timeline
Made-to-order pieces:
- Require a minimum of 5 working days for production.
- Two or three-piece suits: Require up to 2 weeks for completion.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
How to Order
Website Orders: All standard designs from WOODUWA and MISTERWOOD are available exclusively through our website and are made to order.
Custom Orders: For fully custom designs or personal tailoring requests, please contact us directly via WhatsApp at +233 24 535 3299. Our team will guide you through fabric choices, measurements, and timelines.

Shipping Policy
At The Wood Tag, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Please allow 5 working days for production before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
- Local (Ghana): 1–2 working days via trusted local courier services.
- Africa (Interstate): 3–5 working days via DHL Express.
- International (Worldwide): 7–9 working days via DHL Express.
Delivery timelines begin after production is completed and may vary slightly based on location and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The Wood Tag is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Liability
Once tracking details have been provided, The Wood Tag is not liable for:
- Delays caused by the courier or customs,
- Lost or stolen packages after dispatch.
- However, our team will gladly assist you in contacting the courier service to resolve any delivery concerns.
If a delivery is refused by the customer, return charges will apply, and store credit will be issued minus the original and return shipping fees.
International Deliveries
Deliveries to destinations such as the United States, Canada, and Europe may incur additional customs duties or import taxes determined by local authorities. These fees are not covered by The Wood Tag.
