1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our regular processing time is 5–7 working days.
For 2-piece and 3-piece suits, please allow up to 2 weeks for completion before shipping.

2. Do you deliver outside Ghana?

Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL Express. 
Delivery time depends on your destination but usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch.

3. How do I make payment?

We accept secure online payments via Paystack, allowing you to pay using debit/credit cards or mobile money. 

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, if your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. 
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached. 
Custom-made and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

5. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom clothing tailored to your measurements and preferences. 
You can contact us through our Contact Page or send us a message on Instagram (@wooduwa_) to begin your custom order. 

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details. 

7. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes can only be made within 24 hours after placing your order. 
After that, production or processing begins and cannot be modified. 

8. What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, kindly contact us at hello@woodtag.com or call +233245353299, and we’ll assist you immediately.
