At The Wood Tag, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that go into every WOODUWA and MISTERWOOD piece. Each garment is made to order, ensuring exclusivity and precision. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to assist.
Reporting Timeframe

Local (Ghana) Orders: Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Interstate Orders (Within Africa): Report within 48 hours of delivery.

International Orders: Report within 96 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Items must be:

In the same condition as delivered.

With the original tag intact and labels in the bag they were sent in.

Free of stains, odor, sweat, or signs of wear.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges & Amendments

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and notify you via email when your replacement has been shipped.

Items that are custom-sized, altered per request, or made-to-measure are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We do not accept color exchanges—please confirm your preferred color before placing your order.

If a sizing issue results from incorrect customer-provided measurements, amendments can be made at a service fee, and the customer will cover all related delivery costs.
